Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Mud Blossom Pottery, each class is intentionally small. Every participant gets hands‑on attention. Because of this limited capacity, last‑minute cancellations have a significant impact. This policy helps keep classes running smoothly while respecting everyone’s time.

Participant Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class date receive a full refund minus any credit card processing/cancellation fees. 
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the class date receive studio credit to be applied to a future class or workchop only (no refunds).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non‑refundable and not eligible for credit, as your seat cannot be filled on short notice.     

No‑Shows

• If you do not attend your scheduled class, the booking is non‑refundable and will not be rescheduled.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be able to participate and will not be refunded.

Studio Cancellations

If Mud Blossom Pottery cancels a class due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive your choice of:

• A full refund, or
• Priority rescheduling into another available session.
